Shipping Policy

At Ozimoto, we are dedicated to delivering your purchases efficiently. Below are the guidelines to ensure you understand our shipping processes:

  1. General Items Delivery
    • Dispatch Time: Items in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. Please check item availability before placing your order.
  2. Trike Kits Delivery
    • Availability: Trike kits are no longer a primary product as we haven`t exported many Trike Kits over the last years due to high shipping costs. We do not hold stock for trike kits.
    • Export Policy: Trike kits have no return policy once exported. The fit for models outside of Thailand cannot be guaranteed, and customers are advised about potential fitting issues prior to purchase.
  3. Complete Trikes Delivery
    • Sales Conditions: Complete trikes are delivered only within Thailand and must be fully paid and registered in the buyer’s name before dispatch.
    • Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon delivery, trikes must be inspected by the purchaser for operation and any damage. Any issues must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and Ozimoto before the delivery driver leaves the delivery address. Claims for damages must be made at the time of delivery using the Report form available on our website. Claims reported after the delivery driver has left, or differing from the initial report to the delivery driver, will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Due to the specific nature of our products, please note the following return policies:

  1. Trike Kits: Given the complexities and customization of trike kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any exported trike kits.
  2. Complete Trikes: There are no returns for trikes. All trikes must be fully inspected and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
  3. Defects and Issues Post-Delivery
    • Reporting: If there are any issues post-delivery, such as noise or transmission problems, customers must contact Ozimoto immediately. We will guide you through the process once the problem is described.
    • Claims: Claims for defects or damages must be communicated directly with Ozimoto for specific resolution.
